रिफंड नीतिRefund Policy

Last updated: July 2026. This policy applies to all digital products sold by WealthKey Books ("we", "us") at wealthkey.in. By completing a purchase you accept this policy together with our Terms of Service.

अंतिम अद्यतन: जुलाई 2026। यह नीति WealthKey Books ("हम") द्वारा wealthkey.in पर बेचे जाने वाले सभी डिजिटल उत्पादों पर लागू होती है। खरीद पूरी करके आप इस नीति और हमारी सेवा की शर्तों को स्वीकार करते हैं।

1. Nature of digital products1. डिजिटल उत्पादों की प्रकृति

All our products — eBooks (PDF/EPUB) and the Excel "Wealth & Mindset Planner" — are digital goods delivered instantly after successful payment, via the download page and/or email. Because the full content is made available immediately and cannot be "returned", all sales are generally considered final once the files have been delivered.

हमारे सभी उत्पाद — ई-पुस्तकें (PDF/EPUB) तथा Excel "Wealth & Mindset Planner" — डिजिटल वस्तुएँ हैं, जो सफल भुगतान के तुरंत बाद डाउनलोड पेज और/या ईमेल से मिलती हैं। चूँकि पूरा कंटेंट तुरंत उपलब्ध हो जाता है और "वापस" नहीं किया जा सकता, फ़ाइलें डिलीवर होने के बाद सभी बिक्री सामान्यतः अंतिम मानी जाती है।

Your satisfaction still matters to us. We will issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase if any of the following applies:

फिर भी आपकी संतुष्टि हमारे लिए महत्वपूर्ण है। निम्न में से किसी भी स्थिति में हम खरीद के 7 दिनों के भीतर पूर्ण रिफंड देंगे:

• You were charged but did not receive the download (and we could not re-deliver it within a reasonable time);आपसे भुगतान लिया गया परंतु डाउनलोड नहीं मिला (और हम उचित समय में पुनः डिलीवर नहीं कर सके);
• The files are corrupted or cannot be opened, and our support could not resolve the problem;फ़ाइलें खराब हैं या खुल नहीं रहीं, और हमारी सहायता टीम समस्या हल नहीं कर सकी;
• The product is materially different from what is described on this website;उत्पाद इस वेबसाइट पर दिए विवरण से वास्तविक रूप से भिन्न है;
• You were charged twice for the same order (the duplicate charge is refunded).एक ही ऑर्डर के लिए आपसे दो बार भुगतान लिया गया (डुप्लिकेट राशि वापस की जाएगी)।

3. How to request a refund3. रिफंड का अनुरोध कैसे करें

Email info@wealthkey.in within 7 days of purchase with: (a) the email address used at checkout, (b) your order/payment ID from the Dodo Payments receipt, and (c) a short description of the problem (screenshots help). We respond within 2 business days.

खरीद के 7 दिनों के भीतर info@wealthkey.in पर ईमेल करें: (क) चेकआउट में प्रयुक्त ईमेल, (ख) Dodo Payments रसीद से ऑर्डर/भुगतान ID, तथा (ग) समस्या का संक्षिप्त विवरण (स्क्रीनशॉट सहायक होते हैं)। हम 2 कार्यदिवसों में उत्तर देते हैं।

4. Processing of approved refunds4. स्वीकृत रिफंड की प्रक्रिया

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking). After approval, the amount typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

भुगतान हमारे Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments द्वारा संसाधित होते हैं। स्वीकृत रिफंड आपके मूल भुगतान माध्यम (UPI, कार्ड या नेट बैंकिंग) में वापस किए जाते हैं। स्वीकृति के बाद राशि सामान्यतः 5–10 कार्यदिवसों में दिखाई देती है, जो आपके बैंक पर निर्भर करता है।

5. What is not covered5. रिफंड कब नहीं मिलेगा

• Change of mind after the files have been downloaded;फ़ाइलें डाउनलोड करने के बाद मन बदल जाना;
• Not having software to open standard formats (any free PDF/EPUB reader, or Excel/Google Sheets for the planner);मानक फ़ॉर्मैट खोलने का सॉफ़्टवेयर न होना (कोई भी मुफ़्त PDF/EPUB रीडर, या प्लानर के लिए Excel/Google Sheets);
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase;खरीद के 7 दिनों के बाद किए गए अनुरोध;
• Dissatisfaction with personal results — see "No guarantees" in our Terms.व्यक्तिगत परिणामों से असंतोष — हमारी शर्तों में "कोई गारंटी नहीं" देखें।

6. Chargebacks6. चार्जबैक

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — almost every issue (delivery, duplicate charge, technical problem) is resolved faster by email. Fraudulent chargebacks after successful delivery may be contested with delivery evidence.

अपने बैंक में विवाद खोलने से पहले कृपया हमसे संपर्क करें — लगभग हर समस्या (डिलीवरी, डुप्लिकेट भुगतान, तकनीकी समस्या) ईमेल से तेज़ी से हल होती है। सफल डिलीवरी के बाद किए गए कपटपूर्ण चार्जबैक का डिलीवरी प्रमाण के साथ विरोध किया जा सकता है।
